Rev. Woods
Thank you so much for presiding over our wedding!
You did such a good job that I will be recommending you to my brother who
is getting married soon.

Advice
Tips for wedding rehearsals.
The night before the wedding day is not always the best time for the rehearsal.
Be flexible when you plan your dates. Remember, weekdays and afternoon or morning
hours may be less expensive times for your rehearsal.
Not all rehearsals need to be on site
Not all of the wedding party needs at the rehearsal
Consider rush hour traffic when setting time(s)
Consider the needs of out-of-town guests
Bring your marriage licence to the rehearsal.
In many instances, the site coordinator conducts the rehearsal. The officiant need not attend.
Tips for a more successful, less stressful wedding day.
Take care of as many of the bills as possible prior your wedding day. Do not leave anything to the last minute.
Be sure all details are taken care of with the florist, caterer, photographer, limousine service,
and site coordinator prior to your wedding day.
If your wedding is to be held out-of-doors you might need
Cell Phones and numbers of all available phones "just in case"
Water and cups
Umbrellas (for rain or direct sunshine)
Chairs for the elderly or infirm
Name tags for everyone and their relationship to Bride or Groom
Bug spray and/or sunscreen
Child care available
Parking passes where needed
Have a checklist and someone (not you) responsible for all of the above.
